We moved into our house by the beginning of 2010. At this time we've renovated the hardfloors and painted the walls - the most urgent dos by moving in a 15 year-old house. So there are some more projects left that we need to accomplish this year. Okay - it's a short list, but at least the first and the third project are a bigger ones :-)
- build a new (guest) bath room in the small unused room on the top floor
- change the hardware of the room doors around the house (and paint some of the doors)
- plaster and paint the walls of our staircase
Muss-Projekte im Haus für 2011
Wir zogen Anfang 2010 in unser Haus. Damals hatten wir es geschafft das Parkett zu renovieren und die Wände zu streichen - wohl die dringlichsten renovierung in einem 15-Jahre alten Haus. es gibt also noch ein paar Projekte, die dieses Jahr definitiv sein müssen. Okay, nicht gerade eine lange Liste, aber das 1. und das 3. sind schon größere Projekte, die ich stemmen muss (und dann gibt es ja noch die kleinen "Kann"-Projekte).
- Ein neues Badezimmer im "Abstellraum" im Dachgeschoß einbauen
- Die Türbeschläge wechseln (und evtl. die eine oder andere Zimmertür neu streichen)
- Im Treppenhaus die Wände verspachteln (ausbessern) und streichen
